Characteristics of Life Law and Problems of China’s Life Law with the Countermeasures

Abstract: The law on life is the newly developed branch of modern legislative system, of which the synthesis, morality, technicality, publicity and expectancy is characteristic. The Chinese aw on life developed rapidly while problems also emerge. This article analyzed the characteristics of life law as well as the problems in China’s life law and put forward corresponding suggestions.
